I’ve tried a lot of steaks here in Singapore and none of them come even close to a Luger steak. Its the dry-aging. I was actually at Empire in Brunei and had beef “bacon” for the first time. I really liked it. Very interesting. Actually have a couple of posts about Brunei coming soon.
